Diet Plan

Monday: Only fruits. Any type of fruit. 

Tuesday: Only vegetables. No sides with it except hummus (maybe)

Wednesday: Tea and Water fast.

Thursday: Fruits and Vegetables.

Friday: Anything I want. 400 calorie limit.

Saturday: Fast

Sunday: Anything that gives you protein. (Beans, eggs, avocado, meat, cheese, milk, etc) (But I don’t eat meat or dairy products so I find other things to give me protein)

Negative Calorie Soup

1 pkg frozen beans
15 oz can diced tomatoes
3 cups diced onions
2 cups chopped celery
4 cups chicken broth made from low cal bullion cubes

Make the chichen broth first and bring it to a boil. Then add all ingredients in a large pot. Bring to a rapid boil. Then reduce heat and let simmer for 10 minutes or until veggies are tender. This soup only has 42 cal per 1 cup serving. Your body will burn more calories trying to digest it.
